The staff is really what makes this property special. They are so kind and helpful. On top of that it’s in a great location and walkable to nearly everything. I would absolutely stay here again no question.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel du Lac Signature twice during our stay across Vietnam and Bali and thought every aspect of our stay was amazing and beat out the other global luxury brands we stayed in. The location of Hotel du Lac is steps from Train Street and in the middle of multiple Michelin Restaurants and some of the most amazing cocktail bars we've visited across continents. If you can walk 2km (which is a lot in the heat), you likely don't need to take a car anywhere in Hanoi. The breakfast was served with so much care and focused on meeting your every need (and the cooking is very good). Most importantly every single member of the staff was wonderful and caring. They knew us by name on Day 1, attended to every need we had, and welcomed us back with love and care every time we returned to the hotel. Based on location and staff excellence alone I would stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature over any other luxury brand you're considering.

First, the staff was great. Always helpful. the location was awesome, couldn’t be better. But, the building needs updating, the bedding and towels were not the best quality. The towels did not smell as fresh as other hotels. But overall we would stay again.

Excellent location in the old quarter. Easy access and walking distance to any part of the old quarter you want to explore. Great staff shout out to Mr. EZ. The breakfast here is so delicious and the chef at the main station is so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed staying twice at Champton.
